Rachel Uchitel, who rose to fame as Tiger Woods’ mistress, is shopping a tell-all book with super agent David Vigliano.
The rumoured book will touch upon several aspects of Uchitel’s life, including the death of her fiance during the 9/11 attacks.
According to Page Six, the book will also address her father’s death from a drug overdose, as well as her own addiction issues, which she discussed to great lengths when she was on Season 4 of ‘Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew’.
Rachel Uchitel’s affair with Tiger Woods
However, the biggest draw of the book will most likely be her alleged affair with Woods. In November 2009, the National Enquirer published a story claiming that the golfer had had an extramarital affair with Uchitel, who was a New York City nightclub manager at the time and who denied the relationship.
In December of 2009, after he’d been in a car crash, Woods admitted he’d had an affair and apologised.
“I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart,” he said.
“I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect.
“I am dealing with my behaviour and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone.”
Now, we may finally hear Rachel Uchitel’s side of the story.
“Everyone thinks they know her story, but they really don’t,” a source told Page Six.
Who is David Vigliano?
Her agent Vigliano has previously represented a wide array of stars including Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Mike Tyson, Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, Prince, Courtney Love, and even Pope John Paul II.
His new client could make a major sum if she goes ahead and publishes the book.
Apart from her affair with Woods, Uchitel was also involved with ‘Bones’ actor David Boreanaz.
Prior to her rise to fame, Uchitel was also a news producer at Bloomberg soon after graduating from college.
